holidays are beautiful!
I say this not to draw the ire of hard-toiling class for me, but simply because in my current job and at both the University of the situation is such that I can relax well and I really enjoy!
And so today I just after getting up (what, no more than "early morning" can be called) inserted a small mobile unit.
After running a Sunday meeting with friends again something has gone for over an hour faaaaaar slow, I was concerned that PACE would technically go-nothing, so I wanted to know again today!
want to read all the time now, small and large velocities to disappoint me, then threw as fast yet, but I have tried my hm-rate plan to run at least in part.
The whole thing then a little interval training turns, but I'm not so picky, I take it as it comes!
It was great, the cold air made breathing difficult at first, but when the blood was only really to boil, could have hurt me too chilly temperatures, nothing!
unfortunately happened to me then for joy near the end of another little mishap!
I would not cry again, but just before the last interval I buckled to the far spared painful foot and had to stop the training early and hobble home.
But that will again, I think, with 1-2 days of recovery is not a problem will cause more.
addition, I much prefer it if it hurts and I know the reason, as if I feel pain and even the doctor can only guess.
Conclusion: after so a refreshing start for the day could not go much wrong.
The endorphins could gather that I have held throughout the day-today may well not dampen my spirits more!
