policy is creative? Is it even desirable, that politics is creative?

I think so. Pure pragmatism leads us into today's globalized world no further!
Whenever I find time, I read books to me for new issues. In this year's summer holiday it was "spinning is compulsory - Thinking and the New Reality" by Anke Meyer-Horn grass.

"Only where spinners are at work, must be thought out and cross-linked and acted, created something new - there are now the innovations made by tomorrow."

The book begins with a typology of spinners, describes examples from the business world, where spinners have created innovative products and describes new techniques and tools for creativity.

And why do I keep "spinning" in politics so important? Because we, as politicians, the longer we in our political Context which are politically stubborn and resistant to advice. A new idea is rejected outright and immediately perceived as negative. This idea is in each one serving wisdom. And that some politicians "right spin", we know eh ..
